Exactly this. If the courts are handicapping this act by forcing due process before deportion, due to constitutionality, that means warrantless house entry and searches are also unconstitutional.

Except there isn’t a carve out for the Alien Enemy’s Act for eliminating constitutional freedoms- so even though they are saying they can do that- legally- constitutionally- they cannot They’re going to do it anyway
