I no longer get email notifications. Instead I have a Hermes agent named Mrs. Johnson who's learned what I do and don't care about. She messages me three times a day at 7:30, 12:30, and 5:30 and tells me what's in my inbox. If you can't stand to wait a few hours, it shouldn't have been an email.
