Agree with every word of this: and the same applies to British politics. The idea there is a uniparty or it just doesnt matter is one of huge privilage: Labour winning in 2024 matters to the 350k kids who have been lifted out of poverty or every renewable plant that is built.

I again note that we keep finding horrifying levels of extremism in public sector services and teachers’ unions specifically, as well as among media libs: categories of people our horrific media outlets already despised and wanted to inflict damage upon. Perhaps that’s a coincidence?
