I am going to assume the Fathom gets made. Going back to a prior show's concern that dealer's will mark up the Fathom and not honor pre-orders like they did with the Lightning, why doesn't Ford IMMEDIATELY sue any dealer that does that? Have customers notify Ford, and then sue. Send a message.
