Just to say, this is false. The premise of 230 was the exact opposite of that. It was to encourage them to exercise editorial judgment, which they could not do under the Stratton Oakmont v. Prodigy decision. So you have it exactly backwards.

Ohio and Texas both tried to declare social media common carriers (one other state too.. maybe Indiana? I forget) and it didn't get very far. They were doing so to try to force social media companies to unban Trump after Jan 6. Would you support that result?
