Well, at least you’ll be happy about it. But in this state “general counsel” is holding yourself out as counsel. And you can’t do that unless your licensed. As far as what I said about Butte County… not all counties in this state always have the same quality of practitioner. Generally.

I just defeated a pro se complaint with Anti-SLAPP who also used AI to write their complaint. Yes, the complaint included hallucinated cases. Yes, it brought me the kind of job satisfaction you imagine it would.

I do not practice in California at all but it seems to apply to writs, not complaints, per CCP 712.020(h) and CCP 699.520(k)
