(I mean that's a bit facetious but at heart this is merely quantifying "If you look rough + haggard you're less likely to have a good outcome" & so the photo is just a proxy for all the things we already know impact survival, and does ZERO to fix them + gives false positives. But it's easy & cheap!)

tl;dr this is just another way to blame you for lifestyle decisions (smoking, drinking, eating "wrong", yadda) and then use that as an excuse to deny healthcare. HTH.
