It's my birthday so I'm taking the evening off and skipping the Trump rally in South Carolina. I really appreciate all the kind birthday wishes -- they really mean a lot 🥹 And if you'd like to buy me a birthday drink you can do so here. Thank you!

Around *early* 2023 the account switches to mainly talking about international issues and rarely mentions enviro issues anymore. At certain points it also references: chronic pain, being on the DSP, having a Masters degree, dope use.

I've been looking at the alleged account in detail. There's a lot of cherrypicking of its output going on, people trying to dismiss it just as all over the place which is not really true. Up til a few years ago the account tweeted mainly about forestry and climate.

News 24 has reported that the suspect was known to police with mental health issues and was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol at the time of the attack. Account's tweets are generally left/environmental in nature. Account follows me among many others but has never interacted.
