Today would have been my dad’s birthday. Every year he would have a lobster and after he passed I wanted to keep up the tradition. However, I am extremely allergic, so instead I make lobster in cookie form. Happy birthday dad 💜🦞

Fireworks are nice -but my favorite 4th of July memory was seeing the movie Independence Day opening night late on the 3rd. The theater timed it so the 4th title card appears on the screen as it hit midnight. For a moment everyone in that theater was out of control. Simple times.
