Also pass --noLazyMembers to tsrs, and turn off the nondeterministic work stealing.... The former is just a perf thing we are going to have soon (took a while to get right) Unfortunately it's easy to not check apples to apples I expect 7.1 to be a lot better, and 7.1 beta already is

We've been working with maintainers on typescript-eslint and making sure they have the tools they need. We think it's currently in a good spot, but let us know if you experiment with it a bit and run into issues.

TypeScript 7.1 has significant performance and memory wins over TS 7.0 🔥 Keep that in mind when evaluating the alternative compiler. Many of the reported benchmarks were comparing against the original TS 7.0.
