James McIntyre (1828–1906) was born in Forres, & later emigrated to Canada. He wrote poetry, much of it about cheese. His “Ode on the Mammoth Cheese Weight Over 7,000 Pounds“ was about a huge cheese produced in Ingersoll in 1866 & sent to various international exhibitions #BadPoetryDay #C19th #poem

seeing a lot of stuff online where people are asking how to survive the approaching doomsday. I've read and watched a lot about nuclear war. my advice is this: if you hear that bombs are coming, run as fast as you can towards their target and grasp annihilation while it's instant and painless
