I had great telehealth with my therapist. We meet Wednesdays & Saturdays unless scheduling things come up. She confirmed I seem to be gaining healthy weight. My mom & partner & psychiatrist say so too. Makes me happy because the loss of my appetite in the suicidal depression was life threatening.
