kinda crazy that health insurance provider "networks" exist at all. "yeah we'll cover you but only if you go to these doctors. other licenced physicians at accredited institutions are stinky and we wont pay for that for some reason."

like it seems reasonable to say things like, "you don't need hrt to be a girl, there's no right or wrong way to be a girl," until you consider the context of a mass genocidal push to block all access to hrt and the fact that in society there absolutely is a "wrong" way to be and that's trans.
