He LOVES throwing me at a problem & letting me figure it out cuz he knows I HATE it but I also THRIVE in that kind of chaos 😂 Tbc he’s awesome but he likes me to really get into the problem & THEN we meet & he helps me work through the solution But fuck man, next 3 months are gonna be INTENSE

So I’m talking with my current Team Lead (who I’ll be taking over for end of Oct) & we’re both very excited about me getting the job. THEN she hits me with “I told Manager that when the new TL gets hired I’m just going to do what they tell me to & he loved that” Of course he did!
