Yep. They test the boundary of what we'll put up with, then keep the profit margin. Rule of thumb was 40% profit margin, now it's more like 80% profit margin if not higher depending on what we're talking about. Price gouging is now THE NORM. Why? Bc we suck it up & do it. We're the suckers.

I noticed that it said exactly what was purchased in generic terms. “Milk,” “bread,” and “eggs” don’t exist on a receipt. It’s going to list the brand in some sort of shortened garbled abbreviations and stuff.
