I'm a self-employed maker of stuff but sometimes that involves being a Professional Businessperson. To that end, I will occasionally send emails using terms like "content" and "brand" and usually I smirk to myself because that ain't me. But today I sent one and didn't notice. No smirk,. So scared.

This is what the Hennepin side of block E looked like in 1969 vs the exact spot today. I don't think it's hyperbole to say this is an abject failure of urban renewal. Like today's Nicollet Mall, we keep designing these dehumanizing places, then get baffled why people don't want to to there.
