I'm not lying awake at night worrying about Nepalese emissions But I'm Canadian, we're pretty much the worst non-petrostate per capita emitters in the world, and all I hear here is "we only emit 1% of CO2! Why should we do anything? blah blah China!" so I'm not that sympathetic to that argument
