Scandinavia was very hardline anti harm reduction but one by one countries have become more realistic, especially Denmark. World needs more harm reduction & more drug law reform & needs that now! Prohibition has been huge failure! @drugpolicy.org @harmreductionintl.bsky.social

It's here to stay. The only way I could fight it was to use side doors. Implemented new drug courts, pushed for laws making buprenorphine more available. The first worked, the second not so much. The War on Drugs could end with the stroke of a pen but it's too big of a business for both sides.
