At ZeroNights, 300 hand-soldered Meshtastic badges became a little parallel conference. Private-by-default location makes sense here: joining a conversation shouldn't quietly mean joining a tracking demo. Glad to see this treated as a default, not homework.

Neues LoRa-Mesh-Funk-Spielzeug ist angekommen und erfreut das Nerd-❤️. Ein Heltec V4 wartet auf den Flasher. Eine Runde @meshtastic.org , danach als Repeater für @meshcore.bsky.social . Bin aktuell noch eine Insel, der nächste Knoten ist zu weit weg. Antennenupdate ist noch in der Post. 🤓

Literally every OTA update (different versions) of the @seeedstudio.com Card Tracker T1000-E with @meshtastic.org had failed to this day, regardless of whether it's stable or alpha, and every time it left the device in a halfway broken state.

I don't know what 2.8.1 is or how it's different from a previous iteration, but I'm excited 😆 If you don't know what Mesh networks are, get in line, because I also don't know what they are but I'm figuring it out little by little. I do know they are a communication system. I'm trying 🤷♀️😭
