I first learned to program in Turbo Pascal 7.0 in the late 90s. It was fairly long-in-the-tooth even then, but I’ve got a soft spot for it.

I took the advice to at least photograph them all before disposing, and spent some time reflecting on how awesome it is that I have gotten to travel all over the world to share my research over the last 20 years. I also discovered some lanyards are not built to last and I’m now covered in blue dust.

Time is the *primary* currency and always has been. Big Dollar just wants you to think otherwise. Feminist views of domestic labor, crip phenomenologies, and post-colonial/anti-capitalist critiques all re-center time. At the end of our life, people have regrets for losing time, not dollars.
