To be clear, the same judges who thought the Court should not interfere with state regulation of women’s reproductive rights choices are now imposing color-blindness, super strong gun rights, and religious supremacy on all 50 states whether they want those rules or not.

Benefits of an evenly divided Court: 1) every decision requires bi-partisanship; 2) more compromise/narrower decisions; 3) Fair to both parties in long run; 4) if Court is 4-4 or 6-6, decision should be left to the various courts of appeals; 5) Confirmation Process need not be a charade. And more.
