I’m reminded of Shireen Abu Akleh, the Palestinian-American journalist who the IDF shot and killed in Jenin in 2022. She was also clearly marked as Press. Israel has not been held accountable. Corporate media has watched as hundreds of journalists have been summarily executed by the IDF for years.
