Update 2, 90 minutes later... You can just bypass all of this with the CLI command, this scanning thing is a front-end only blockage... I am sorry but the level of incompetency for a registry like this is beyond me

This only deepens the meta-critique (pun intended): I repeatedly asked the FB team to explain what they had to do to get React to work well (e.g., on mobile, where React was too slow to launch and so they went with Inferno while they got it under control). They serially prevaricated instead.
