Getting a bit fed up with health professionals telling me there is 'no care package' for my parents, when I am standing right there, and I am their carer. Language and words matter.

I really agree with that in general. Although - do you think there's an argument that AI tools that could help with note-taking and organising info etc could free up more time for being human? I was really shocked by a report from my council about the % of time SW's spend on paperwork not F2F work
