Show PostOften when tech companies take a reputational nosedive, only the most online people know about it. But *everyone* has soured on AirBNB. Bring it up to any random normie and they'll talk about how annoying the fees and rules have gotten, and how they barely use it anymore. That's very bad for AirBNB!
Show PostIf AirBNB is taking such a drastic step, it's because hosts' unhinged cleaning requirements and fees have done quantifiable reputational and financial damage to AirBNB.
