Today I am in paranoia mode, where I critique everything I have done wrong to the most minor detail, convince myself that everyone hates me and everything that people say to me has a hidden agenda. Weird thing is, I will be fine tomorrow. Got to love menopause.

Things I have learned since turning 50. I am not a people person. I want to wear clothes I actually like. I don't need anyone's approval. I am no longer pretending, I am living. My back and joints hurt. My pelvic floor is it's own person.

I'm perfectly fine with actual cold tea, I used to fill my huge mug in the morning then continue to drink it regardless of temperature til lunchtime when I'd then make a fresh one. Flo can't stand cold tea though, drinks it practically straight from the kettle, she must be part asbestos.
