Show PostWell here's an interesting one @coloradofoic.bsky.social While the Law Enforcement Integrity Act normally requires release of BWC in 21 days of alleged misconduct, if they open an IA investigation some PDs are citing 24-72-303(4)(a). 24-31-902 does seem to allow this up to 45 days under 2(b)(III)
