For years, this man has profited of off writers and refused to listen when they said “Hey this platform and its changes aren’t working for us.” Now he’s throwing a tantrum when those writers leave. Because he thinks no other platform will love them as much as him.

Also, the “social media” aspect only worked to a point. When I left Substack a few thousand of my subscribers were bots and junk. Many more weren’t qualified subscribers (people who never open), and it was bad for business.
