Nothing like hearing coworkers judge a woman for having dreadlocks and multiple piercings. They were talking about when you couldn't have tattoos for police work. There was a comment made & I had to chime in that MAYBE they realized what you look like doesn't affect how you do the job!! 🤬

small raise to start. But mostly I'll probably be getting much more consistent hours bc I'll be qualified to handle more tasks. Yay. And I guess I manifested this. It's why I went ahead and got the 2nd monitor. I'll be using a 2nd program and that monitor is pretty much required for ease of work.
