OK it's not just their technology skills. It's their life skills. I'm in a presentation on a diagnosis referred to by an acronym. No fewer than 6 people have asked in the chat "what does that stand for again?" It's ALREADY IN THE CHAT OVER AND OVER. Also it's on google.

How are people's technology skills so bad? And why will none of them google it or engage in any self-help rather than blame the presenter, insist on things in a different format, and just be generally disruptive? This isn't even limited to older folks; most of these people are digital natives.
