For nearly two decades BC (before covid), I averaged one bout of pneumonia every two years. I'd catch everything going around. I started always wearing a respirator around others in Mar 2020, and haven't had the flu, bronchitis, nor pneumonia since. Off 3/4 of my asthma meds. Masker for life!!

I realise that referring to anyone as a young whippersnapper will immediately reveal my age but the fact that we still treat older people as automatically unable to cope with technology rather than admitting that technology is really bad at accessibility grinds my gears as well as my knees
