Only 3.3% of Microsoft 365 customers have upgraded to paid versions of Copilot but it gets worse. Recon Analytics found Copilot’s market share fell from 18.8% to 11.5% in 6 months. Also that Copilot gets 68% adoption when it’s the only option, 18% when ChatGPT is added, and 8% when Gemini is added.
