If it was more different, like changing the context of the scene or the background, then it would be more fine since it's an original fan art, but... it's a bit of an edit and adding in a few things which is too similar imo... but alright, I'm pressed for not wanting the artist to get in trouble...

Just to be clear I have no problem with black fanart and I think they can be lovely, like Xilonen from Genshin, but I found this which might be a potential issue, idk if it's fine cuz apparently the most recent edit is from the anime and i haven't looked too much into it.

Pressed...? The issue is that they're selling a black edit from an official anime frame. Isn't that just potential plagiarism? The anime frame dont just pop out of nowhere, animators work hard and are underpaid... isn't it rather disrespectful to profit off from *actual anime footage*?
