Oof lol. 😭 I've gotten a lot better at it, at least. E.g. I'm planning to spend today resting, even though I really want to get up and do all the things, because I might end up with an injury if I'm not careful. It sucks so much 😭 but I know if I push myself too far while I'm recovering, 💀🤦 x_x
Show PostI don't know if that's inspiring: look at me not trying to do all the things I wanted to do today! ^^;; But I hope you'll give your body and voice the rest it needs. 🙂 You can do it! 🙌
