As a longtime NYRA mutuel clerk, I loved this. I'm also professionally obligated to say there's a small error near the start—a $2 tri box would be $12, not $6. (Like any good mutuel I am politely not questioning why you are betting such expensive straight tris lol)

26. Books! We brought mics to the stadium to talk about a book about baseball that wasn't about baseball and the guy sitting in front of us couldn't believe what chatterboxes we were until he saw the mics. We moved. The book is *not* the movie and the narrative was much stranger than I recalled.
