Honestly, I don’t think lip filler is the problem here, it’s just the amount. A more conservative approach would probably suit her features much better and give her a softer, more natural-looking result.

I’d definitely ask your FFS surgeon, but I wouldn’t be scared off from filler just because you’re having FFS later. A little lip filler can be a nice, subtle enhancement, and you can always reassess afterward. Just avoid doing a lot right before surgery and make sure your surgeon knows.

"Your brains stop developing at age 25" was a press misrepresentation of a study. They wanted to see if brains continued to develop after adolescence, so the study was capped at age 25. A later study with a wider subject pool showed that brains are ALWAYS developing our whole lives.
