It looks like Cloudflare may have rolled out mitigations for sites protected by their WAF, including on the free tiers: community.cloudflare.com/t/waf-waf-re... Not confirmed but it matches the pattern of the recent wp2shell mitigation. People should still patch; but this buys time.

It’s just websites, not personal computers nor phones But it’s a majority of websites in the world. Some people are saying 70% which I can’t vouch for but it’s definitely well into the double digit percentages
