Today is the 20-year anniversary for my job. That's a long time. I'm tired. I dont want to do this for another 20 years.

Its just on a year since Mister Puss came to live with us and this is the closest they've managed to getting along. Vincenzo wants so much to be friends, but his idea of friendship involves kisses with his teeth (biting), and Mr. P wants nothing to do with that.

We have a new staff member at work. Today is day 3 for her. We were talking, and she just said "pregnant person," and I feel such a level of relief and safety. It really is the little things, and the language you use does matter.
