Obviously I take pride in my work and I love participating in fandoms despite the ups and downs but there really is a sense of getting “left behind” when your once fandom friends seem to have “grown out of it”, so to say. Like yeah…Im still here… living in the pretend world 😔👉👈 how’s your family

People have been talking about friends moving on from fandom culture and I relate hard 😭 One of my best childhood friends and I bonded over BL and after reconnecting I felt so silly being the one that still “fujo’d out” and made it my career while she was doing proper adult stuff it’s so humbling
