This is tmi but I recently blocked a person I had been seeing on and off for 2 years. I'm not going to get into details, but this man was not appreciating me and he was emotionally and psychologically abusive. It definitely affected my confidence and how I carry myself in this industry 🧵

Unfortunately this is too common and from personal experience people don't like to confront their negative side. I see this a lot in this industry obviously and it can be really disheartening and frustrating. I can't make anyone change but I hope they will encounter something that will change them
