That girl is now pursuing a PhD, that she's writing with ChatGPT It's hard not to be bitter, because I truly wanted to do a PhD, I worked my ass off to write the best dissertation ever, and I still wasn't allowed to do a PhD, because I got a 17/20 instead of a 18/20

There was a girl in my master's degree who was bragging about writing her dissertation with ChatGPT. She didn't even bothered checking the cited papers actually existed. The professors didn't bother either, and she got an excellent grade, and was offered to pursue a PhD.
