For me it could also be a good exercise in letting go of perfectionism, I’d never finish anything bc there’s ALWAYS something more you can do (the art is never finished only abandoned thing). IF ONLY I could figure out how to make my sketches look good enough lol
Show PostIdk what the general consensus is, but like… to me, it’s finished when you say it is. It’s your art, you can do whatever you want with it. If you don’t like rendering, just don’t 🤷♀️ I often prefer pieces that are just sketches or flats (while I overrender my own because I hate myself)
