Oh no it definitely is. my brother took ritalin when we were kids and it practically made him a zombie, and the same thing happened with my dad too. although I heard Adderall is even worse

I understand that Sometimes i wonder how i have stayed away from drugs with how my disability and ptsd have been kicking my ass my entire life But i would reccomend getting some real help star Once you start on drugs its gonna be harder to stop so i would not reccomend it🫂

ADHD sucks but I'd rather not have to end up taking drugs just to combat it and end up getting addicted to something that would screw my life up even more, But I understand completely how you feel cause sometimes living with this feels like a curse. Stay strong friend 🫂❤️
