Trying to cut back a bit on the carbs, whilst using up the applea from the tree, so open top pies it is. They look a bit weird but taste nice.

Thank you for the continued posting of your old scrapbook pages. They are a joy and in part the reason I have just started my own scrapbook. At the age of 57 and a half, I have no idea why I haven’t done this sooner
