It does, but again, you are talking about it strictly about government level, while that fot sure is relevant. Goth itself doesnt care, it'll always be left leaning, allowing lgbtqia+, poc, etc etc. UK goths and promoters are quite well known for their progressive views, generally speaking.

The current X goth discourse is amusing, we at gothy called it years ago and got called all names under the sun. Now it is suddenly ok to call out SWers using our subculture purely for cash and clout? We have no problem with SW, just outsiders playing pretend causing more harassment towards us.
