Interesting. I shot the same view 63 years later. Very post-WWII San Francisco. Loved the perspective of look-alike houses marching to the sea.
Show PostNote the sandals. That's a detail most movie-makers get wrong when trying to recreate the late 1960s SF scene. They only show folks wearing boots or barefoot, while sandals were omnipresent.

If that's where I think it is, that house on the corner is still there; I remember the odd peaked roof

So much has changed in San Francisco since then but so much less so in the neighborhoods that a view such as this one is still recognizably familiar!
