I’ve said that Val only seems to wear fem clothes when he’s relaxing, but I notice that Val also dresses fem when he specifically DOESN’T want to be perceived as scary or in charge. When fem publicly, he doesn’t want to scare off potential employees/ wants the other overlords to be comfy around him
