[ Announceement about the future of spherene ] Last year, we announced a controller-focused PC rhythm game called spherene. We have given next to no updates on it since. Unfortunately, due to a variety of factors, primarily scheduling and availability conflicts, plans for the project fell through. 🧵

spherene was announced during a time when the future of Hajimeli was uncertain, and is one of a few plans we had to hopefully be able to recoup the fact that polymorphite was pushed back. Like a lot of things announced around that time, plans were shaky, and I rushed into production without (cont.)

being confident I could direct and produce the project. Apologies to everyone excited for the game; I still would like to make it someday, but now just isn't a feasible time, and I'd rather put the resources we put into it into polymorphite.

We are working on transferring as many of our already-paid licenses to polymorphite as we can. For artists that were promised contact after launch, we will keep a list internally and, ideally, reach out after polymorphite launches. Thank you for understanding, and again, sorry. - Cheryl
