made this for lunch and it's Pretty Good. Only changes I'd make: - add some soy sauce to season after cooking, without it's a bit bland - let the sauce thicken longer than 15m, watery isn't good and it ensures the potatoes are cooked if you're like me and too lazy to cut them in very tiny chunks
