I've had to talk to my daughter about this. You can't just things in the easiest manner possible just because they are on the checklist. You learn why they are on the checklist and then figure out how to do them in the most effective way possible. Most adults don't even realize this.

It’s honestly just… not that hard to brief a case. And if you really don’t want to, there are so many options out there of case briefs written by real humans.
